Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to bookings and enquiries made with Professional Chauffeur Services.
About us
Professional Chauffeur Services provides chauffeur-driven travel from our base in Manchester, covering Greater Manchester with journeys across Birmingham, London and surrounding areas by arrangement. You can contact us at res@professionalchauffeurservices.co.uk or on 07555 585263.
Enquiries and quotations
Prices shown by our instant quotation system and provided in response to enquiries are estimates based on the journey details supplied. A booking is not confirmed until our reservations team has reviewed your request and confirmed it with you.
Confirming a booking
All bookings require confirmation by our reservations team. Once confirmed, we will provide the details of your journey, including meeting arrangements and any applicable charges.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by journey and service and are provided at the time of booking. Changes to a confirmed booking can be requested through our reservations team and are subject to availability and possible price adjustment.
Airport collections
We monitor flight arrivals for airport collections and adjust arrangements where appropriate for delays. Your chauffeur will meet you at the agreed meeting point, assist with luggage and escort you to the vehicle; meet-and-greet details are confirmed with your booking. Complimentary waiting time and any additional waiting charges are confirmed at booking; extra waiting may be chargeable.
Passengers, luggage and child seats
Vehicle capacities depend on the vehicle: our executive and luxury sedans carry up to 3 passengers with approximately 2 medium suitcases depending on size, and our luxury MPV carries up to 7 passengers with luggage depending on passenger count and vehicle configuration. Please provide accurate luggage quantities with your enquiry; oversized luggage or additional requirements must be confirmed before booking. Child seats may be available on advance request, subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment and VAT
Professional Chauffeur Services is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and VAT invoices are not issued. Payment terms for your booking are confirmed at the time of booking.
Our responsibilities
We take reasonable care to provide a punctual, professional service. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe traffic, road closures or extreme weather. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Your responsibilities
Please ensure the journey details you provide are accurate, that passengers are ready at the agreed time and meeting point, and that the vehicle is treated with care. Damage or excessive cleaning caused by passengers may be chargeable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. The terms in force when your booking is confirmed apply to that booking.
